According to the Home Office it is thought that more than 1,500 women are brought into the UK every year and forced into prostitution and that at least £1.5m is spent each WEEK in UK brothels. These shocking statistics highlight the need to raise awareness about the victims of this booming industry; and their plight to escape from its trap.
